One-Bedroom Unit Description
Freshly painted 600 square foot one bedroom apartments with hardwood floors, generous closet space, and great natural lighting. Applicants have the option of applying for a one-bedroom apartment with or without a balcony. Central heating provided through radiators in each unit. Personal AC units are available in every unit. A laundry room is located on the first floor of each building with coin operated machines.
Amenities Included in Rent
Water/hot water, heating, trash, and a parking permit for one car to park in the building lot included in rent.
Amenities Not Included in Rent
Tenants pay for electricity, cable/wifi, and if they would like additional parking (one parking spot is included in rent).
Pet Information
A pet application is available upon request. We do not allow pets over 30 pounds. Certain breed restrictions apply.
There is a $30 monthly fee for one pet and $50 for two.
Pricing Information
One Bedrooms range from $1,015.00 - $1,065.00 *effective for leases signed after June 9th 2023*
Security Deposit: equal to one month's rent
Short Term Lease Pricing: There is an additional $50.00 monthly charge for leases shorter than 12 months
*Please note that no leases can end in December or January*
